Privacy Policy

The Human Design Report respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to our website, quiz, and personalized digital reports.

1. Data we collect

  • Your name (as you enter it — a nickname is fine);
  • Your birth date, time, and place — used solely to compute your Human Design chart;
  • Your quiz answers — used to personalize your results and report;
  • Your email address — used to deliver your results and any report you purchase, and for service-related messages;
  • Order and payment status — payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number;
  • Anonymous usage data (pages viewed, traffic source, device type) — used to improve the service and measure advertising.

2. How we use your data

We use your data only to: (a) compute your chart and generate the results and reports you request; (b) process your order and provide customer support; (c) send service-related emails (you can opt out of non-essential emails at any time); and (d) produce anonymous, aggregated statistics to improve the product. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use your birth details or quiz answers for advertising.

3. Service providers we share data with

We share the minimum data necessary with the providers that run our service: cloud hosting and database infrastructure; an AI language-model provider that helps generate the written text of your report (your birth details and quiz answers are processed for this purpose only, and are not used to train their models under our agreements); an email delivery service; a payment processor (which handles your payment details directly); and analytics and advertising measurement tools (such as Meta Pixel), which never receive the contents of your chart or report. Each provider is bound by its own contractual and legal data protection obligations.

4. Storage and security

Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure that meets international security standards, encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), these rights may be backed by law; we honor them for all customers regardless. To exercise any right, email us at hello@thehumandesignreport.com — deletion requests are completed within 72 business hours. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies (to remember your quiz session and sign-in) and advertising measurement tools (such as Meta Pixel) to evaluate our marketing. These tools never receive the contents of your chart or report. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing access to your results.

7. Children

Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16; if you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
