Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Note: because your report is personalized and delivered instantly, you agree at checkout to immediate delivery of digital content; this does not affect your right to our 14-day guarantee.

Entered the wrong birth details?

No need for a refund — if you entered the wrong birth date or time, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll regenerate your report once, free of charge, with the corrected details.
