We want you to love your reading — and we stand behind it with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If your reading doesn’t feel accurate or useful, email us at hello@thehumandesignreport.comwithin 14 days of purchase and tell us what didn’t fit. We’ll first offer to make it right — often by regenerating or expanding the sections that missed — and if you’re still not happy, we’ll refund you in full. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Note: because your report is personalized and delivered instantly, you agree at checkout to immediate delivery of digital content; this does not affect your 14-day guarantee.

Entered the wrong birth details?

No need for a refund — if you entered the wrong birth date or time, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll regenerate your report once, free of charge, with the corrected details.

How to request a refund

Email hello@thehumandesignreport.comfrom the address you used at checkout with your order number and a sentence on what didn’t work for you. We reply within 1 business day.

Fair-use terms

• The 14-day guarantee covers one refund per customer (per email address / household).
• Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider — once we issue a refund, you agree not to also initiate a chargeback for the same transaction.
• A repeated pattern of purchasing and refunding may result in loss of the guarantee and refusal of future orders. We reserve the right to decline refunds we reasonably determine to be abusive or fraudulent.
